West central North Atlantic continental shelf and slope waters
beyond 20 nm to 250 nm offshore, including south of Georges Bank
from 1000 fm to 250 nm offshore.

Conditions given represent the highest within that period.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR MID ATLC WATERS...Low pressure off the SE coast
will move NE along a stationary front over the central waters
tonight through Mon, while pulling a cold front over the S
waters. The low will pass E of the area by Mon night. The cold
front will become nearly stationary and linger over the S waters
Tue through Thu night with weak lows occasionally forming along
the frontal boundary. High pressure over the N waters will
continue over those parts into next week. A stronger high will
build N of the area Tue night into Thu night. All mariners should
use caution in or near any of the heavier thunderstorms which
will likely persist mainly near and S of the cold front today
through Sun.
