Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...Weak low pressure
will dissipate across the N portion of the waters tonight.
Thereafter, a cold front will move SE across the waters during
Tue, then E of the area Tue night. Weak ridging will build across
the region Wed into WEd night. Broad low pressure will begin to
impact the waters Thu, with the center of low pressure moving
into N portions of the waters Fri. The low pressure system will
move slowly E Fri night allowing a cold front to move across the
area from NW to SE on Sat.
