.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...High pressure
centered to the W of the area will persist through early Wed,
then gradually weaken and remain centered SW and W of the waters
late Wed through Sat night. A nearly stationary front E to W
across the waters will weaken tonight before dissipating Tue. A
trough will persist along the coast of Vancouver Island through
Fri. A cold front will move SE over the waters Fri night into Sat
before dissipating Sat night.
