.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...An area of low
pressure centered over the outer Washington waters will continue
to move E across the region before moving inland tonight. High
pressure will build across the area from the W Fri and persist
into Mon. A weak cold front will approach from the NW Mon then
move SE across the waters Mon night and Tue. High pressure will
fill across the area behind the front later Tue into Tue night.
