.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...A trough will
continue to weaken today and tonight. High pressure to the W of
the waters will also weaken throughout today. A cold front will
move over the waters from the NW later today and into tonight
before shifting S of the area Wed into Wed night. Following the
cold front, low pressure will move S into the waters Wed, then
drift slowly S or SW through the Oregon waters Wed night through
Thu night. The low will drift back E on Fri before dissipating
just inland Fri night. Then coastal troughing will build and
intensify Sat and Sat night.
