.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...Low pressure will
move NE over the Oregon waters late tonight before pushing
inland. A more significant system will approach the area Tue with
a warm front moving NE over the waters to be followed by a strong
cold front crossing into the waters Wed. A warm front moves into
the outer waters Thu quickly followed by another strong cold
front Thu night. A low will rapidly strengthen just NW of the
area as the cold front moves across the area. High pressure will
build in behind the front Fri and persist into early Sat. A
strong warm front will lift NE towards the water Sat and Sat
night.
