.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...Weak low pressure
and an associated trough will move slowly across the central and
N portion of the waters tonight, then dissipate late. Thereafter,
broad high pressure will build across the waters from the W on
Sun and persists through Mon. A weak cold front will move into
the N and Central portions of the area Mon night and dissipate on
Tue. Thereafter a ridge of high pressure will remain just W of
the regional waters Tue night through Thu night.
