.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...Weak high pressure
will be over the waters tonight. Tonight through Fri, weak low
pressure will approach from the W the outer waters, then move
slowly NE over the waters late Fri night into Sat. A weak cold
front will move E across the waters Thu night into Fri. High
pressure will build across the area from the W and NW late Sat
through Sun night with a stronger area of high pressure
persisting W and NW of the area Sun night through Mon night.
