.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...A weak surface
trough will push inland this morning. Then high pressure will
build in from the SW today and persist through Thu night. It will
weaken Fri as a cold front passes over the waters Fri night
through Sat. Then another stronger cold front will pass over the
waters Sun and Sun night. Additionally a coastal trough will
build and persist along the OR coast Thu through Fri before
dissipating Fri night.
