Then high pressure will build in from the SW today and persist through Thu night. It will weaken Fri as a cold front passes over the waters Fri night through Sat. Then another stronger cold front will pass over the waters Sun and Sun night. Additionally a coastal trough will build and persist along the OR coast Thu through Fri before dissipating Fri night.
