.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...Weak low pressure
and an associated cold front will approach the outer waters today
and slowly move E to NE across the area tonight into Sat. The
cold front will dissipate near the coast by early Sat. High
pressure will build across the area from the W and NW late Sat
through Sun night. Another cold front will move across the waters
Sun night into Mon night with a stronger area of high pressure
building E over the waters Mon night through Tue night.
