.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...A low pressure
system off the northern California coast will continue to migrate
southward overnight into Sat before moving inland later Sat into
Sun. Otherwise, offshore of Vancouver Island, a deepening low
pressure system and attendant cold front will approach the area.
Winds and seas will increase ahead of this front Sun into Mon
with the front departing the region during the day Mon. Ridging
briefly builds in later Mon into Tue evening. A stronger low
pressure system will approach from the W Tue night into Wed, and
move over the region Wed night.
