Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...A cold front will
move across the area today. Another stronger cold front will
sweep E over the area later today and tonight. High pressure will
briefly move over the region Mon. A warm front will move E over
the waters later Mon, followed by a strong cold front that
crosses the waters Tue. Strengthening high pressure will build
over the waters Tue night through Wed, then drift N and NE of the
area Wed night and Thu. A high pressure ridge will remain along
and W of the area Thu and Thu night. A coastal trough will
develop along Oregon later Wed and Wed night and persist into Thu
night.
