.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...A trough will form
along the Washington and Oregon coasts tonight, persist through
Mon, then slowly weaken Mon night into Tue night. High pressure
will build NW of the waters tonight, then slowly weaken Sun into
Tue. A cold front will move over the waters from the NW Tue and
Tue night before dissipating Wed. High pressure will build behind
the front Tue night into Wed. A trough will move along the
Washington and Oregon coasts Wed night into Thu night.
