Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...Low pressure will
dissipate near the coast tonight. A weak cold front will approach
and move into the NW portions late tonight, then move SE across
the area through Sat. High pressure will build across the area
Sat and persist into Sun. Low pressure near Vancouver Island will
drift S and move across the waters Sun night along with an
associated cold front. The cold front will pass S of the area
Mon, followed by the parent low Mon night. High pressure will
build back across the waters later Mon night into Tue night.
Later Tue night into Wed, a trough or weak cold front will
approach the area and move SE across the waters. High pressure
will expand w of the waters while a coastal trough persists Wed
into Wed night..
