.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...A weak trough will
move across the waters today. High pressure will build across the
area behind the trough later today into tonight. A warm front
will lift NE over the waters Tue into Tue night, followed by a
cold front. The front will become nearly stationary across the
area Tue night. An area of low pressure will track over the
waters Wed into Thurs before moving ashore Thurs night. High
pressure will build in from the W Fri into Fri night.
