.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...A surface trough
will approach from the W tonight and Thu and cross over the
waters Thu night through Fri night. High pressure, SW of the
waters, will build E across the waters Sat into Sun while a
surface trough persists along the coast. Then another weak low
will track NW to SE across the waters Sun night through Mon
night.
