.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...A front will stall
across the central waters today, while high pressure moves E over
the northern waters this morning then quickly inland this
afternoon. The front will return NE over the central and northern
waters tonight and be followed by a cold front that moves into
the waters Wed into Wed night. This front is expected to stall
across the southern waters and drift N as weak high pressure
gradually builds across the N waters Wed and Wed night. The front
is expected to gradually lift N and NE as a warm front Thu and
lift N of the area Thu night. A cold front will approach the area
from the W Fri and Fri night, then move across the area Sat and
Sat night.
