Individual waves may be more than twice the significant wave height. .SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...A weak cold front will move E across the waters today, followed by a second, stronger cold front moving SE across the area later today into tonight. The second front will stall just S of the waters Mon through Tue as high pressure builds NE across the area. A coastal trough will develop along the Oregon coast Mon, then persist Mon night and Tue before dissipating Tue night. The area of high pressure will move NE and weaken Tue night as the stalled front S of the area returns N as a warm front. A stronger, complex low pressure system will lift NE into the waters Wed, then drift E across the waters Wed night and Thu before dissipating inland Thu night.
