.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...A trough located
over the Central and S portions of the waters will dissipate
tonight. Weak ridging just W of the waters will move slowly E
through Wed, then persist across the region through Thu. Low
pressure moving in just W of the area Thu will become stationary
through Sat. A weak cold front will move into W portions of the
waters Thu night into Fri, then gradually dissipate Fri night
into Sat night.
