.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...A low pressure
system off the N CA coast will continue to migrate southward
overnight tonight and tomorrow morning before moving into CA Sun.
Meanwhile on Sun, offshore of Vancouver Island, a deepening low
pressure system and attendant cold front will approach the area.
Winds and seas will increase ahead of this front Sun evening into
Mon AM with the front departing the region during the day Mon.
Ridging briefly builds in on Tue. A stronger system approaches
the region Wed evening as a warm front with a strong cold front
expected late Wed night/Thu AM.
