.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...A stationary front
will persist over the waters today as the low along the S waters
strengthens through the late morning into early tonight with the
strongest winds over the S and W waters. A complex low pressure
system NE of the waters will push a weak warm front over the N
waters will move over the northern waters Fri into Sat. Another
low will approach the NW waters Sat night into Sun along with a
cold front that will push through the waters Sun into Sun night.
High pressure builds in behind the front Mon into Mon night.
