.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...A cold front will
move across the waters tonight, then stall just S of the area Mon
through Tue as a high pressure ridge noses NE across the area. A
weak coastal trough will develop along the S Oregon coast Mon
night, persist Tue, then dissipate Tue night. The area of high
pressure will move NE and weaken Tue night as the stalled front S
of the area returns N as a warm front. A stronger, complex low
pressure system will lift NE into the waters Wed, then drift E
across the waters Wed night and Thu before dissipating inland Thu
night. Another cold will move across the waters on Fri into Fri
night.
