.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...A cold front will
move SE over the area tonight and Sat. High pressure will build
behind the front later Sat and Sat night, then persist over the
waters through Tue night. A second cold front will cross the
region Wed and Wed night. An area of low pressure will weaken as
it passes N of the waters Sat night through Sun night.
