.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...Strong high pressure
centered to the W of the area today will gradually weaken and be
centered W and SW of the region while drifting farther W through
Sun night. A trough will persist along the coast of Vancouver
Island through late Fri night then dissipate. A cold front will
move SE over the waters Fri night into Sat before dissipating Sat
night. Northwesterly winds over the waters will continue to
diminish from Sunday night through Monday night.
