.SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...A trough will persist along the
California coast today through Mon night while strong high
pressure remains stationary W of the waters. A cold front will
reach the NW waters Mon and slowly move through the waters Mon
night and Tue before dissipating Tue night. High pressure will
build back into the northern waters behind the front Tue into Tue
night while a strong high remains anchored W of the area. High
pressure will continue to expand across the waters and a coastal
trough will form Wed into Thur night.
