.SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...Low pressure will move NE
across the northern waters this evening, then move inland along
the Oregon coast tonight. The associated cold front will stall
across the central waters through Tue before dissipating. Another
more significant cold front will reach the waters Tue night. The
front will move inland across the northern waters Wed with the
rest of the front moving slowly SE across the central waters Wed
and southern waters Thu. Another cold front reaches the northern
waters Thu evening and stalls across the central waters Fri into
Sat. The front will lift N as a warm front Sat and Sat night.
