.SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...A trough will strengthen along
the California coast tonight, then weaken Tue through Wed night
while shifting to the southern California coast. A cold front
over the northern waters will dissipate tonight. High pressure
will build into the northern waters Tue, then continue to expand
into the northern and central waters through Wed night. The
trough along the California coast will strengthen Thu into Thu
night. A cold front will approach from the NW Thu into Thu night
before dissipating over the S waters Fri into Fri night. High
pressure will build in behind the front Fri night, and continue
into Sat night.
