height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

.SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...A low pressure trough will
remain along the central and S California coast tonight through
Tue night, then redevelop along the N and central coast Wed
through Thu night. High pressure just to the W of the central
waters will remain through Wed night then drift N over and to the
W of the N and central waters later Wed night through Thu night .
Low pressure will move NE along a frontal boundary that will
positioned just N of the N waters later tonight through early
Sun.
