.SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...A trough will persist along the
California coast through Sat night while high pressure remains
anchored well W of the region. A weak cold front will move into
northern waters today, then dissipate across the central waters
tonight into Wed. Another cold front will move towards the area
Fri night, move into N and central waters Fri night into Sat,
then dissipate across the southern waters Sat night.
