.SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...High pressure over the central
and S waters will weaken today as a cold front moves SE over the
N and central waters later today into tonight before dissipating
near the coast by early Sat. High pressure will build in across
the N and central waters behind the front, then persist along and
W and NW of the area through Tue night while a trough develops
along the N and central coast Mon night into Tue night.
