.SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...A trough will persist along the
California coast through Fri night. Strong high pressure will
persist W of the central waters through tonight, then weaken Tue
and Tue night as a cold front moves into the NW portion. The
front will move into the central waters Wed and Wed night before
dissipating across the southern region Thu. High pressure will
slowly build E towards the waters Wed into Fri, then will weaken
Fri night as the next front moves into the area.
