.SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...A trough will persist along the
California coast tonight through Sat. High pressure anchored well
W of the region will remain in place tonight through Sat. A weak
cold front will move into N portions of the waters Tue, then
dissipate across the central waters Tue night into Wed. Another
cold front will move towards the area Fri night and into N and
central portions of the regional waters Fri night into Sat.
