and NW of the waters will strengthen tonight through early Wed,
then gradually weaken while shifting farther W through Fri night.
A low pressure trough along the northern California coast will
strengthen tonight, then gradually weaken through Fri night. High
pressure will then prevail across the region Sat and Sat night.
