.SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...A low pressure trough will
persist along the California coast tonight through Tue before
dissipating Tue night. A high pressure ridge will persist across
the northern and central waters today into Mon. The ridge will
shift SW of the area later Mon as a cold front moves S into the
northern waters. This front will stall through Tue while becoming
diffuse, then lift back N away from the area Tue night. A
stronger, complex low pressure system will pass by to the NW of
the waters Wed, dragging a strong cold front E across the waters.
The front will reach the southern waters Thu. Meanwhile, over the
southern waters, high pressure today will drift W tonight through
Tue, then drift back E across the southern waters Tue night
through Wed night, eventually moving SE of the area Thu as the
cold front reaches the southern waters.
