.SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...High pressure centered to the W
and NW of the waters today will gradually weaken while shifting
farther W through Fri night. A low pressure trough along the
northern California coast will gradually weaken through Fri. The
center of high pressure will drift farther W and NW of the area
while extending a weakening ridge E and SE across the N and
central waters Fri night through Mon night. The coastal trough
will reestablish along the N and central areas by later Sat and
Sat night and persist through Mon night.
