.SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...A low pressure trough along the
central and northern California coast will persist through
tonight before weakening. High pressure centered W of the
northern waters will spread E today and tonight, then gradually
shift S and weaken Tue and Tue night. Another cold front will
approach NW portions late Tue, move S into the northern waters
Tue night, the central waters Wed, and then dissipate Wed night.
The coastal trough will reform late Wed into Wed night and
persist through Fri night while high pressure builds E across the
northern and central waters.
