.SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...A weak trough will persist
along the California coast into Sun night, strengthen Mon and Mon
night, then weaken Tue into Wed night while shifting to the
southern coast. A cold front will move into the northern waters
Sun, central waters Sun night, then dissipate across the central
region Mon. High pressure will build into N waters behind the
front Sun night, then continue to expand into the northern and
central waters Mon into Wed night.
