.SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...A cold front will continue S
across the waters tonight before dissipating Thu. High pressure
will build E over the waters behind the front Thu through Fri.
Additionally a coastal trough will persist along the coastline
tonight through Fri. A weak cold front or trough will move S
across the northern and central CA waters Fri night then
dissipate. High pressure will rebuild Sat through Mon night in
tandem with a coastal trough.
