.SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...A trough near the California
coast will persist tonight through Tue night. A high pressure
center W of the waters will persist tonight through Tue night
while slowly drifting S and dissipating before a stronger high
pressure center builds in from the west Wed into Wed night. Also
a weak trough or cold front will move into the northern waters
Sun and Sun night before dissipating Mon. The next cold front
will skirt across the far NW portion Wed and Wed night, then
dissipate across the northern and central waters Thu and Thu
night.
