.SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...A trough will persist just
inland from the California coast tonight through Thu, then weaken
Thu night through Fri night. A ridge of high pressure just W of
the offshore waters will advance E tonight into Thu, then persist
over the N and Central waters Thu night through Sat night. An
area of low pressure and associated cold front will approach the
outer waters Sat and move E into the N and central waters Sun
into Sun night. The cold front will move SE across the area Mon
while weakening. Another cold front or low pressure trough will
approach the far NW portions later Mon into Mon night.
