.SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...A low pressure trough along the
California coast will remain in place through Mon night while
high pressure persists to the W and NW of the area through Fri
night. The area of high pressure will drift S to the W of the
central and S waters Sat through Sun night and persist there
through Mon night. Weak low pressure will develop across the
inner central waters then slowly drift S and SW across the area
tonight before dissipating SW of the region Thu into Thu night.
