.SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...A weak low pressure trough
along the California coast will strengthen today through Fri
before weakening Fri night and Sat. A weak cold front will move
over the northern waters Sat night through Sun before
dissipating. Then a weak coastal trough will rebuild along the
coast Sun night and the strengthen Mon and persist Mon night.
