THROUGH WEDNESDAY EVENING...

.TONIGHT...Mostly clear east, increasing clouds west and central.
Patchy fog central and east. Lows from the teens northeast to 20s
west and south.
.WASHINGTONS BIRTHDAY...Partly to mostly sunny. Patchy morning
fog central and east. Highs from the 30s northeast to 50s
southwest.
.MONDAY NIGHT...Partly to mostly cloudy. Breezy. Lows from the
lower 20s northeast to lower and mid 30s southwest and south
central.
.TUESDAY...Cloudy and windy. Chance of rain, possibly mixed with
snow and freezing rain far north. Highs from the 30s north to 50s
southwest.
.TUESDAY NIGHT...Cloudy and windy. Rain and snow north in the
evening, becoming all snow after midnight. Rain and snow likely
south. Areas of blowing snow north and west. Lows from the mid
and upper teens west to lower 30s southeast.
.WEDNESDAY...Mostly cloudy. Snow north central and east, possibly
mixed with rain southeast. Chance of snow west and south central.
Windy with areas of blowing snow. Highs from the lower and mid
20s west to mid 30s southeast.

blowing snow. Lows from around zero northwest to near 20 above
