to mostly cloudy this afternoon. Breezy with areas to widespread
blowing snow south this morning. Windy with blowing snow southeast
through the day. Chance of light snow central this afternoon.
Highs from around 5 above zero northeast to near 20 above far west
and far southeast.
.TONIGHT...Clear to partly cloudy. Breezy with patchy blowing
snow southeast. Lows from around 15 below northeast to the single
digits above west.
