.DISCUSSION...Moderate to fresh NE to E winds will increase
later this evening to 20 to 25 kt with gusts to 30 kt at times. Winds
will decrease to moderate to fresh speeds Monday morning and prevail
throughout the day. Fresh to locally strong winds will return to the area
Monday night. Seas 3 to 5 ft will prevail through the forecast period.
Isolated showers are possible the rest of the afternoon and tonight.
