.DISCUSSION...
As a system makes landfall across the region this afternoon we
are seeing light rain showers develop through the Brooks range and
spotty showers for the Arctic plains. Monday evening we have
higher confidence for thunderstorms across the Brooks range,
especially on the eastern edge. Winds will continue to be out of
the west-southwest, with breezy conditions continuing through
tomorrow.
