Steady snow chances and gusty southwest winds may substantially reduce visibility through Thursday night. A storm system tracking east across the Arctic Ocean brings warming temperatures on Thursday and increasing snow chances by Thursday night. On Friday, steady snowfall and increasing west winds are expected to reduce visibilities along portions of the Dalton Highway north of Atigun Pass and near Kaktovik. Snow chances and locally gusty winds will continue through the weekend, followed by a return of colder air going into early next week. $$
