...WINTER STORM WARNING IN EFFECT FROM 10 PM THIS EVENING TO 10 PM
AKDT THURSDAY...

* WHAT...Heavy mixed precipitation expected. Total snow
  accumulations up to 3 inches and ice accumulations up to
  one-quarter inch.

* WHERE...Howard Pass and the Delong Mountains and Western Arctic
  Plains.

* WHEN...From 10 PM this evening to 10 PM AKDT Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Ice accumulations will lead to hazardous travel
  conditions and very slick surfaces. Significant ice accumulation
  on power lines may cause power outages.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
