New England continental shelf and slope waters from 25 nm
offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...A cold front will move
offshore and across the waters tonight, then exit E of the
area later tonight. High pressure will build E over the waters
Fri into Fri night, then continue E Sat as low pressure passes S
of the region Fri night into Sat. High pressure will again build
across the area Sat night and Sun ahead of another approaching
cold front. The cold front will move SE over the waters Sun night
into Mon. High pressure will once again build in from the W Mon
night behind the cold front. The high will slide E Tue as a warm
front approaches and lifts N across the waters followed by a
cold front Tue night.
