offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...A broad, complex low pressure
system will gradually shift to the SE away from the waters
tonight into Wed. A cold front will approach from the NW later
tonight, then pass S across the waters Wed. Another low will
develop just E of the area Wed night into Thu, intensify just SE
of the region Thu night into Fri, then move E into the N
Atlantic Fri night into Sat. High pressure will build into the
eastern U.S. Thu into Fri, move E over the area Fri night
through Sun, then shift E of the waters Sun night as the next
cold front approaches the coast.
