.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...A broad and complex coastal
low pressure with the main center just to the east of Ocean City
will remain nearly stationary today, then dissipate later
tonight. A new low center will re-develop across the outer mid-
Atlantic waters early Tue, with the entire complex low system
drifting E and SE away from the area Tue night through Wed night.
Mariners should continue to monitor forecasts on this coastal
system as it will be highly impactful to the mariner through the
middle of the week. High pressure will build S into the eastern
U.S. Wed through Fri. On Thu, the broad low, still well E of the
waters, will drift back W, leading to a strengthening pressure
gradient across the waters. The low will finally move E away from
the area Fri night as high pressure builds E offshore into the
mid-Atlantic waters.
