.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...Weak high pressure will
remain over the area today as weak lows move NE along a surface
front nearly stationary just SE of the waters. High pressure
gradually shifts E late today and tonight ahead of a cold front.
This slow-moving front approaches the coast late tonight, and
weakens as it moves E across the waters Fri and Fri night.
Another, stronger cold front approaches from the W Sat, moves
into the area Sat night, and finally passes through the area by
late Sun night and early Mon. The front will then become nearly
stationary just SE of the waters Mon night with weak lows moving
NE along the front. High pressure builds into the waters behind
the front.
