from 1000 fm to 250 nm offshore.

more than twice the significant wave height.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR MID ATLC WATERS...A strong cold front extending NE
to SW over the waters will continue to slowly move E today. Weak
low pressure will form along the front over the S waters today
and move NE along the front, with the low moving E of the area
tonight. A secondary cold front moves through the N and central
waters today and tonight before diminishing. As high pressure
builds over the S waters Fri and continues Fri night, a series of
surface troughs will move SE over the N waters. High pressure
will lie across the area Sat, gradually shifting E Sat night and
Sun. A warm front emerges off of the mid-Atlantic coast Sun and
moves N Sun night. An approaching cold front moves into the N and
central waters late Sun night, extends NE to SW over the area
Mon, and then stalls over the S waters Mon night as high pressure
briefly builds in over the N waters.
