Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be more than twice the significant wave height. Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms. A cold front will move slowly SE through the N waters today, then stall across the central and northern waters tonight into Sun. Weak low pressure will develop along the front late Sun, then move N of the area Sun night while lifting the front N to near Georges Bank Sun night. Another stronger cold front will move SE across the area Mon and Mon night, then stall across the far S waters Tue and Tue night. Low pressure will develop along the front just S of the S waters Tue night, then slowly lift NE along the front through the S waters Wed and Wed night.
